About ScottFernandez

ScottFernandez is a privately owned group based in South Wales. It grew out of direct, hands-on involvement in property, business advisory, operating companies and technology.

That experience shapes how we work today: take a long-term view, understand a business before changing it, and build on what is already there.

Our Approach

How ScottFernandez Developed

ScottFernandez began almost two decades ago with property: acquiring, improving and holding homes for the long term. The portfolio was first held personally, and later brought into a limited company structure as it grew.

Advisory work followed, helping established SMEs with systems, operations and management information. That work showed how much value sits in clearer processes and better use of technology, which led to the development of TradeFlow AI.

Today the group brings those strands together: property, advisory, technology and long-term interests in operating businesses.

ScottFernandez is led by Martin Scott, whose experience spans more than 15 years of working with privately owned SMEs, property projects, business advisory and commercial ventures, built on a background in IT and software development.

His focus is increasingly on business ownership and investment, keeping the practical, hands-on approach that shaped ScottFernandez.

Group Structure

ScottFernandez Holdings Ltd is the parent company of ScottFernandez Properties Ltd, ScottFernandez Estates Ltd and XruumZ Ltd. It also trades directly as ScottFernandez Consultancy Services, owns TradeFlow AI, and holds interests in operating businesses through shareholdings and partnerships.
